50145 3.5mm Male - Female Port Extender

3.5mm M-F port Extender - with extra thin header originally used on the back of the molded PLx enclosures. If your PLx is metal then you don't need.  
However this hard to find extender is universal for any 3mm 2 ring  audio application.
